I started Encompass in 2018 because I saw a need for businesses to get help with the digital side of things. What started out as web design quickly grew into offering digital solutions to all kinds of businesses. Trades, hair salons, home automation, auto detailing, painting, HVAC. You name it.
The one common thread was that the digital parts of their business weren't working for them, and they needed someone to help set them up properly with the tools they needed and show them how to use them.
Now, with the introduction and adoption of AI, I've been able to leverage that experience to help businesses get rid of a lot of the frustration that comes with trying to maintain a bunch of different apps and software just to run their business.
